These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and cly888 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the cly888 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible atcly888.cam and any of its subdomains.

By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the cly888 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the cly888 platform. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. cly888 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to be registered by or operated on behalf of persons under 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on cly888. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cly888 employs technical and manual procedures to detect multi-accounting. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and bonuses forfeited, with real-money balances subject to review.

3.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep your account information updated. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your MyKad or passport, a valid email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

cly888 reserves the right to refuse service to players based in certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using cly888 is lawful in their jurisdiction. cly888 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in any specific location.

cly888 is required to conduct Know Your Customer verification in accordance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) framework. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before processing a withdrawal, upon a significant increase in account activity, or at any other time at cly888's discretion.

Required KYC documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence, dated within 3 months)
• Verification of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement header)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame upon request may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. cly888 is not liable for any losses incurred by the User as a result of delays caused by incomplete KYC submission.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cly888 currently supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect (via FPX); Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay; DuitNow instant bank transfer; and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and USDT). Payment methods available to a specific User may vary based on account verification status and geographic location.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The standard minimum deposit is RM30, unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to the account and may take up to 5 business days to be reversed to the originating payment method.

5.3 Currency

The primary account currency for Malaysian players is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction, as determined by cly888's payment processing partner. cly888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.4 Deposit Restrictions

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is owned by a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposits suspected to originate from third parties may be reversed, and the account suspended pending investigation.

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

To be eligible for a withdrawal, a User must: (a) have a fully verified KYC status; (b) have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with active bonuses; (c) not exceed applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limits; and (d) hold an account in good standing with no pending security reviews.

6.2 Processing Times

cly888 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5–30 minutes; DuitNow bank transfers within 30–60 minutes; standard FPX bank transfers within 1–3 hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 30–90 minutes subject to network confirmation. These are indicative times and may vary during periods of high volume.

6.3 Withdrawal to Same Method

As a general policy, cly888 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to technical availability. This is a fraud prevention measure applied consistently to all accounts.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The standard minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the account balance.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by cly888 are subject to specific terms outlined both in this section and in each promotion's individual terms sheet. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise. The maximum bet permitted while bonus funds are active is generally capped at MYR 250–500 per spin or round, as specified per offer.

7.2 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guideline: video slots contribute 100%; live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) contribute 10–20%; sports betting contributes at a rate specified per promotion. cly888 reserves the right to update game contribution rates with reasonable notice.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be used within the stated expiry window, which is typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit, as specified per offer. Expired bonus funds and any associated pending winings are automatically forfeited without compensation.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

cly888 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winings derived therefrom, and to suspend accounts, in cases where we determine that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using systematic low-risk betting strategies to exploit wagering requirement terms; and coordinated play designed to generate artificial wagering turnover.

All bets placed on cly888 are final once confirmed. cly888 does not accept liability for bets placed in error, including incorrect stake amounts, selection errors, or bets placed under a misapprehension of the applicable odds. Users are responsible for verifying bet details prior to confirmation.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a live game or bet placement, cly888 will endeavour to resolve the situation in accordance with its game round integrity procedures. Bets that cannot be verified due to system failure may be voided, and stakes returned to the account balance. Winings from verifiably incomplete game rounds will not be paid.

For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, UFC, and other events — cly888 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds where there is evidence of market irregularities, match-fixing suspicions, or errors in the odds feed. Such decisions are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cly888 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or operating accounts on behalf of another person without explicit authorisation
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or obvious pricing mistakes in odds or game payouts
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Any form of money laundering, including using cly888 as a mechanism to process funds of illicit origin
• Match-fixing or engaging with persons involved in the manipulation of sporting events covered on the platform
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or residential jurisdiction
• Systematic arbitrage betting designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome through exploitation of platform pricing discrepancies
• Charging back deposits through your payment provider after using the deposited funds for betting

cly888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without notice, in the event that: the User breaches any provision of these Terms; cly888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; the User fails to complete KYC verification within the required period; or cly888 is required to do so pursuant to applicable law or regulatory instruction.

In the event of account closure for cause, cly888 may, at its discretion, withold or forfeit all or part of the account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, pending investigation. Funds found to be derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited in their entirety and reported to the appropriate authorities.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided all eligibility criteria are met.

All content on the cly888 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, interface design, software, and game content — is the intellectual property of cly888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without prior written consent from cly888 is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cly888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

cly888's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of all claims arising from or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to cly888 in the12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cly888 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. cly888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability, data transmission failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Loss limits — Restrict the maximum amount that can be lost within a defined period

• Cooling-off periods — Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days)
• Self-exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all cly888 services

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cly888 is incorporated and holds its gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the cly888 platform shall first be submitted to cly888's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team in writing.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 30 calendar days of written notification, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the jurisdiction cly888's licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or stop material harm or intellectual property infringement.

cly888 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cly888 will provide reasonable advance notice — typically at least 7 calendar days — via email notification to the registered account address and/or a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the cly888 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
